From there, we set up shared tracking (timeline, deliverables, responsibilities), define milestones for each application platform, and meet regularly to advance drafts, shortlist decisions, and submissions. Communication is structured: students lead content with guided support; parents receive periodic progress updates and visibility on next steps.

No. The initial call is purely diagnostic: we clarify objectives, constraints, and the most suitable path forward. Afterward, you receive a tailored proposal with scope and pricing. You can review it at your own pace and there is no obligation to proceed.

Ideally 9–12 months before deadlines to allow for research, testing, and strong written work. That said, we can add value at any stage, whether you are defining your study direction, finalising a shortlist, or polishing materials close to submission. Timelines are adjusted to match capacity and upcoming milestones.

For selected bachelor-level tests we offer direct preparation; for others we coordinate reputable external providers. We integrate study schedules, mock testing, and review sessions into the overall plan so exam prep supports the application timeline.
Pricing & Terms

Fees depend on scope, urgency, and the number of destinations or applications. A student still defining subject and country typically requires more Orientation and research than someone with a final shortlist. After the first meeting, you receive a transparent quote, with an overview of all the required steps (orientation, writing, applications, interviews).

A deposit confirms the start. Remaining fees are scheduled according to scope and milestones. Larger projects can be split into phases; accelerated timelines are available subject to capacity and may carry an urgency fee. All terms are detailed in the proposal.

Because the work is time-based and customised, fees are generally non-refundable once services begin. Any exceptions or special conditions are stated in your agreement.

Where capacity allows, yes. We will assess together what is realistic within the time available, prioritise high-impact tasks, and be transparent about trade-offs. An urgency fee will apply.
